David L. Brough, Esq.

David L. Brough, Esq., a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Condominium and Planned Development Law, is a shareholder in the firm. He received his Bachelor of Science with honors in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts in 1993. Mr. Brough received his Juris Doctor Law Degree with honors from the University of Miami School of Law in 1997 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1997. Mr. Brough has represented homeowner and condominium associations at all levels up to appeals, construction defect litigation, housing discrimination claims and covenant enforcement. Mr. Brough is admitted to practice in the US District Court, Southern District of Florida. Mr. Brough is a member of Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc.
