Michael S. Chadrow, Esq., a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Condominium and Planned Development Law, is a shareholder in the firm. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with honors from Florida Atlantic University in 1994 and his Juris Doctor Law Degree from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law Center in 1998. Mr. Chadrow was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998 and was admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 1999. Mr. Chadrow has represented community association clients at all levels, including pre suit, suit and appeal and has handled a variety of matters including the collection of delinquent assessments, covenant enforcement, preparation of amendments to governing documents, construction defect litigation, condominium reconstruction after casualty, housing discrimination claims, tenant eviction proceedings, real estate and commercial contract disputes and commercial collection. Mr. Chadrow has published articles on a variety of topics concerning community association law, which have appeared in Condo Management Magazine and has developed seminars taught to community association managers. Mr. Chadrow is a member of Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc. and is a member of the Real Property and Probate Section of The Florida Bar.
